ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Our products are delivered digitally and provide access to downloadable materials. Once access to a digital product has been provided, the product cannot be physically returned or recovered in the same way as a physical item.

For this reason, Becoming HER Radio does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after purchase, including when:

• You change your mind after purchasing.
• You purchase the wrong product.
• You purchase the same product more than once.
• You decide you no longer want or need the product.
• You do not use, complete, print, or download the product.
• You expected different results from using the product.
• You experience incompatibility with your preferred device, software, printer, or application when the provided file itself is functioning as intended.
• A product is later offered at a different price or as part of a promotion or bundle.

DIGITAL DELIVERY & DOWNLOAD ISSUES

We want you to receive what you purchased.

If you successfully complete a purchase but experience a technical problem receiving, accessing, or downloading your digital product, please contact Becoming HER Radio using the contact information provided on our website.

When appropriate, we will work with you to restore access, resend available download information, or otherwise resolve a legitimate delivery issue.

A technical delivery problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund when the purchased product can be successfully provided.

DUPLICATE OR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times because of a technical payment-processing error, or that an unauthorized transaction occurred, please contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

Unauthorized transactions may also be subject to the policies and procedures of your bank, card issuer, Shopify, or applicable payment provider.

BUNDLES & COLLECTIONS

Purchases of digital bundles and collections, including The Becoming HER Collection, are also final sale.

We do not provide partial refunds because a customer already owns one or more products included within a bundle, chooses to use only certain products, or decides after purchase that only part of the collection is needed.

Please review the products included in a bundle before purchasing.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Our digital products are personal-development and educational resources. Individual experiences and results will vary.

Dissatisfaction with personal results, failure to implement the materials, or not achieving a particular outcome does not qualify a purchase for a refund.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is a legitimate problem with your order, we encourage you to contact Becoming HER Radio first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Submitting a payment dispute does not change the licensing, copyright, or intellectual-property restrictions applicable to downloaded or accessed Becoming HER Radio materials.

EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, Becoming HER Radio will comply with those requirements.
