At Becoming HER Radio, we're committed to providing reliable shipping and a smooth shopping experience. Our apparel is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful.
Processing Time
Each apparel item is made specifically for you. Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment before shipping. Production times may vary during busy periods.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship physical products to the following locations:
- United States: Approximately 3–6 business days in transit.
- Canada: Approximately 5–10 business days in transit.
- United Kingdom: Approximately 4–7 business days in transit.
- Australia: Approximately 5–10 business days in transit.
These are estimated shipping times after production and do not include processing time. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Our current standard shipping rates are:
- United States: $4.95
- Canada: $8.59
- United Kingdom: $4.79
- Australia: $7.99
Final shipping charges will be confirmed at checkout. Additional charges may apply depending on the order and applicable shipping rules.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available, so you can follow your package's journey.
International Shipping
We're happy to offer international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, in addition to the United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged during shipping, or arrives incorrectly, please contact us at hello@becomingherradio.com.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you.
Digital Products
Our digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Download instructions are provided after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
At Becoming HER Radio, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because our physical apparel is made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Size Exchanges
We offer one size exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible physical apparel.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The exchange must be for the same design and color in a different available size.
- Only one size exchange is permitted per eligible item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Becoming HER Radio covers the production and standard shipping of the replacement item.
Please contact hello@becomingherradio.com before returning any merchandise. We will provide the authorized return address and instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
For approved claims, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue an appropriate refund.
In most cases, a physical return is not required for verified production defects.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Changes of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Personal dissatisfaction with a design or style.
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or normal printing variations.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered, except where consumer law requires a remedy.
Color Disclaimer: Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and the printing process. Minor shade variations are not considered defects. However, incorrect colors or significant printing errors will be reviewed.
Return Shipping
For approved size exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping the original item to the authorized return address.
We cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
For confirmed defects or fulfillment errors, customers will not be charged additional shipping costs to receive a replacement or obtain a required remedy.
We do not charge restocking fees for approved exchanges.
Please do not send items directly to Printful or return merchandise without authorization.
Refunds
Approved refunds for eligible physical products are issued to the original payment method.
- We aim to process approved refunds within 3 business days.
- Banks and payment providers typically take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
- Actual processing times may vary by payment provider.
We do not routinely offer store credit in place of refunds.
Digital Products
ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience difficulty receiving, accessing, or downloading a digital product, please contact us so we can assist you.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
- Contact Us: Email hello@becomingherradio.com with your order number and reason for your request.
- Request Review: We will review your request and provide instructions, generally within 2 business days.
- Return Item if Required: For approved size exchanges, ship the item to the authorized address provided by our team.
- Receive Your Resolution: Once the applicable requirements are met, we will arrange your exchange, replacement, or refund.
All returns and exchanges are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
